Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kememola Outdoor Clothing. We ships all of our orders via Canada Post. 

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimated and provided by the shipping companies. Kememola does not estimate delivery day or time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the carrier company.  Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kememola.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Kememola is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
